Students’ Union
VIU Students' Union is the voice of students at VIU and organizes events, hosts services, runs the student pub at Nanaimo, provides advocacy, and more.

You can order online at the VIU Campus Store and pick up your order at the Cowichan campus. Used textbooks are available but inventory varies.

Community services
Free pool and gym passes
As a VIU student you can get a free pass to the Cowichan Aquatic Centre and Gym. Bring your student ID to Student Affairs office at the Cowichan campus and ask for pool passes.
You must be currently enrolled and paying student activity fees.
Student Affairs hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
